GURU GUIDANCE - Maintain regular contact with your client
Monthly calls to clients – or sometimes weekly, help ensure you keep in touch with customer needs and objectives. If not, it is easy for them to feel forgotten – or worse – for others to step into your spot! All marketing activities should reinforce the message and make your client feel wanted – on a regular basis.
Whether it is an email, personal or broadcast(groups), you can help encourage communicating both ways with your customers.
As for Prospective customers – please ensure you always harmonise your communications – across the media – if mailing, keeping the message simple and transferable to your website and other message channels you are using to communicate the message. Always remember the press – trade, national and local – depending on what you are doing. It is reasonably cheap – and a simple way of getting the news to a larger audience.
